Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, California residents may have the following rights:
- The right to know the categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share.
- The right to request access to specific pieces of personal information we maintain about you.
- The right to request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- The right to limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising California privacy rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
However, our Privacy Policy states that we may share certain personal information, including personal identifiers and internet or other electronic network activity information, with marketing partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. California residents may opt out of this sharing.
To submit a request to opt out of sharing, contact us using one of the following methods:
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +1 412-862-0775
Mail:

California Privacy Request – Do Not Sell or Share
You do not need to create an account to submit an opt-out request.
We will not require identity verification for a request to opt out of sale or sharing, unless limited information is necessary to process the request. If your request applies to a specific browser, device, account, or email address, please include enough information for us to identify the browser, device, account, or email address covered by the request.
Global Privacy Control
Our Privacy Policy states that we recognize Global Privacy Control, also known as GPC, as an opt-out preference signal.
GPC is a browser or browser-extension setting that can automatically communicate your choice to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for a particular browser or device.
If our website receives a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser or device, and where applicable, for any consumer profile associated with that browser or device.
Because opt-out preference signals may be browser-specific or device-specific, you may need to enable GPC separately for each browser and device you use.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
California residents may have the right to limit a business’s use and disclosure of sensitive personal information when the business uses that information for certain purposes beyond those permitted by California law.
Our Privacy Policy states that we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information in a manner that requires providing a separate right to limit, including for purposes of inferring characteristics about an individual.
We may use sensitive personal information for permitted purposes, such as account access, payment processing, order fulfillment, fraud prevention, security, customer service, and legal compliance.
Because we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information in a way that requires a separate right to limit, we do not provide a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” request mechanism.
If you have questions about our use of sensitive personal information, you may contact us at:
